Similar cultures and strong long-term relationships have led to a new client for Regency Commercial Services. The Eby Group which is Headquartered outside of Kansas City in Olathe, KS also has divisions called Eby Design Group, Eby Financial, Eby Commercial Realty and EBCO Construction… sound familiar?? This family owned company even has an office building very similar to Regency’s.

RCS has been engaged by The Eby Group to provide construction services for additions to their Bickford Senior Living Facilities in Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, and Indiana. The story behind Bickford Senior Living is a remarkable one. Donald and Judie Eby did not think that they could adequately care for Judie’s mother, Mary Bickford after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. They also did not want to put her in a nursing home. So in 1991, they built a solution and named it Bickford Senior Living. Since 1991 Bickford Senior Living Group has created assisted living facilities in seven states and 35 locations with an additional 10 to 15 in various stages of development and construction.

Randy Snider is leading his team which includes several project managers and coordinators on these projects that have an estimated construction value of $30 to $40 million over the next few years.

RCS’s Senior Project Manager Randy Snider said “RCS recognizes the high level of significance that the Bickford Senior Living Facilities holds for The Eby Group and we have insured our client, that we will approach all their projects with integrity, skill, and our proven ability to successfully complete their project on time, within budget and to the high level of quality that they expect. This is the foundation of our reputation and we will see to it that when each project is completed, it will be one of which all involved are proud.”

RCS is very honored to have The Eby Group as one of our newest clients and we look forward to a long lasting relationship!
